Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, as to the defendants for one year from the date this judgment became final and conclusive, the defendants are above.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendants’ joint larcenyed the construction materials located at D construction site with a view to stealing them.

On October 12, 2012, around 12:00, Defendants discovered water pumps in custody at the site of Sejong Special Self-Governing City E Zone 1, Sejong Special Self-Governing City, and carried 20,000 won of the 20 market value of the water pumps owned by the victim G, which is managed by F, by using any cres in the surrounding area, Defendant A’s H cargo vehicle.

As a result, the Defendants committed a theft of another's property jointly.

B. At around 15:00 on Oct. 2, 2012, the Defendants discovered the pump at the site of Sejong Special Self-Governing City E Zone 1, Sejong Special Self-Governing City, and carried 20,000 won of the 20th market value of the 20,000 water pumps owned by the victim G managed by I using any cres in the surrounding area.

As a result, the Defendants committed a theft of another's property jointly.

C. At around 15:00 on July 2013, the Defendants discovered the top lid in custody at the site of Sejong Special Self-Governing City E Zone E, and made use of any cresh in around it, the Defendants used Defendant B’s vehicle to carry KRW 7.50,00 in KRW 750,00 of the three market price at Defendant B.

As a result, the Defendants committed a theft of another's property jointly.

2. On October 12, 2012, at around 12:00, Defendant A stolen, Defendant A: (a) discovered water pumps in custody at the site of Sejong Special Self-Governing City E Zone 3 Section; (b) carried 20,000,000 of the 20 water pumps owned and managed by L by using any cres around Sejong Special Self-Governing City; and (c) took them onto the Defendant’s cargo vehicle at the 20,000,000 won in total from around that time to October 2013; and (d) stolen, as indicated in the list of crimes in attached Form 20 times, the water pumps, pipes, and water pumps, etc. totaling KRW 8.1 million.
