A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On February 11, 2012, the Defendant: (a) around 01:00 on the 3rd floor of Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seoul, had three victims E and three alcohols; (b) the victim 9 per hour on the table; and (c) one 180,000 won in the market price on which the 3rd floor of Kucheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seoul, had one wall on the table; and (d) the 180,000 won in the market price on which the 3rd unit of the 3rd unit of the bank was located.
2. Violation of the Specialized Credit Financial Business Act and fraud;
A. On February 11, 2012, around 03:34, 2012, the Defendant purchased 2 cigarette 54,000 won at the F convenience store in Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-si and paid the price by presenting the e-mail card, which was stolen to an employee who is the victim, as in the above paragraph (1), as the Defendant’s card.
B. On February 11, 2012, around 03:36, the Defendant purchased one cigarette with 27,000 won in the market price from the Gamag-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-si, and paid the price by presenting the bank body card which was stolen to the employees who were victims, as in the above paragraph (1), as if the Defendant was the Defendant’s card.
Accordingly, the Defendant used the stolen e-mail card twice, and received three cigarettes from the victims by deceiving the victims as if the e-mail card was the Defendant’s e-mail card.
3. On July 9, 2012, around 07:15, the Defendant suffered an assault against the victim I (the age of 19) who was on board the ship and the face, etc. from the victim who was in dispute with the Sincheon-si H, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-si, Seoul, and caused an injury to the victim, such as elbbs part of the elbs where the number of treatment days cannot be known, and el part of the elbs part of the elbs where the victim cannot be identified.
