Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On October 22, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around 22:55, 381, “Korea Bank” No. 4, “Korea Bank,” and (b) the victim B (year 22, South) committed theft against the victim’s check-up card (Account Number:C) owned by the victim.

2. Fraud and Specialized Credit Financial Business Act: The Defendant, in violation of the Specialized Credit Financial Business Act, has committed a theft at the same time and at the same place as that of the preceding paragraph with the mind to use the Bank Cream Card owned by the victim

(a) purchase of goods equivalent to 25,000 won, as if they were to normally purchase at the E store located in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, on the same day, and use the stolen victim’s above crow card by unlawful means of deceiving the employee after presenting it to the employee and signing it;

B. On October 3, 2014, around 00:15, the following day, purchased goods of an amount equivalent to 3,900 won, as if they were to normally purchase at G convenience stores located in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City F, and makes payments by illegally using the stolen physical card by presenting it to employees, signing it, and deceiving them;

C. From 00:40 to 01:43 on the same day, the victim’s above physical cards owned by the victim who stolen the price of Marba in an amount equivalent to KRW 280,000 on two occasions, as if the I had done normal settlement in Yeonsu-gu Incheon Metropolitan City H, shall be presented to the employee, and shall be paid in an unlawful manner by signing and deceiving them;

(d)on the same day, at around 02:35, the 300,000 won, which was the victim’s possession, was stolen as if it were to make a normal settlement at K of the third floor, Nam-gu, Incheon, Nam-gu, Incheon, by presenting to the employee and signing it, and making settlement by fraudulent means;

(e) around 02:55 on the same day, the said physical card owned by the victim who stolen the cost of KRW 140,000 from the second floor M of the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, as if it were to make a normal settlement, was illegally used and settled by means of deceiving the employee after presenting it to the employee.

As such, the Defendant was the victim who stolen.
