Criminal facts

On August 27, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment with prison labor for fabrication of private documents, etc. in the Suwon District Court's Ansan Branch on August 25, 2016, and the judgment became final and conclusive on October 25, 2016.

The defendant, through Kwikset service, has received various documentary evidence, such as the business registration certificate and the certificate of personal seal impression, sent the cans to the e-mail of the person without the name, and returned the documentary evidence to the person without the name, through Kwikset service, and received 10,000 won per case in return.

1. From August 2015 to August 2016, the Defendant: (a) taken the Defendant’s reflectors’ photo from nearby photo directors without authority to receive the Defendant’s motion to send his/her photo from his/her name off-to-be Ctel 401 in Ansan-si, Annyang-si to his/her name-to-date; (b) sent his/her photo files to the e-mail of the Defendant’s name-to-mail from his/her name-to-be box; and (c) stored one resident registration certificate of “D” under the name of the head of Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Dongdaemun-gu Office on September 4, 2014, where the Defendant’s photograph was attached to Kwikkset-to-be’s name-to-be service and sent it again in accordance with the instructions of the name-to-be box; and (d) forged the above one resident registration certificate, which is an official document, in collusion with the name-to-beer and forged a resident registration certificate or driver’

2. On August 20, 2016, the Defendant forged a copy of the above Ctel 401 certificate, which is a private document for certification of facts, in a manner that seals the above F F F’s name and can be sealed, at the request of the F F’s person without authority, for the following purposes, to receive the delivery of the certificate of work experience (post) in July 27, 2016 to “G” prepared under the name of “E representative F” through Kwikset service from the person in distress, along with the certificate of work experience (post) in the name of “G” in the name of “E representative F”.
