1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.
Reasons
..: (1) : from December 30, 2014 to December 30, 2019 (five years); (2) - Fire damage (building) - Amount of KRW 334,00,000 - Amount of KRW 324,00,000 - Fire damage (mechanic) - Amount of KRW 28,000,000 (unit fixtures) - Fire damage (unit fixtures) amount of KRW 190,00,000 (movable property) - Amount of KRW 300,00,000 liable for fire damage (movable property) - Amount of KRW 300,00,000 that amount of fire damage liability.
F. On March 2, 2015, C concluded a contract with the Defendant on March 2, 2015 with regard to the supply and installation of products (hereinafter “instant contract”) with the following content on the one-story of the instant building (hereinafter “instant printing machine”).

G. On May 20, 2015, the Defendant completed the above work and construction work in accordance with the instant contract between C and C.
H. On July 1, 2015, around 16:41, when the instant printing machine operation, the occurrence of static electricity in the part of the instant printing machine 1Do (1j), and the occurrence of a fire (hereinafter “instant fire”) occurred as the static electricity was stuck to a testamentary gift formed around the surrounding area.
I. The plaintiff evaluated and assessed the contents of the damage caused by the fire of this case as follows: Ga 81,264,151 won (the part of the damage caused by the building in C leased space): Ga 52,593,171 won (each machine (equipment) located in C business place) : Ga 5,270,890 won (the unit equipment, such as air conditioners located in C business place) : Ga 264,628,40 won in C business place.
