A and B shall be punished by a fine of one million won, and each of the defendants C shall be punished by a fine of five million won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendants, together with D, 22:00 on September 27, 2012, from around 22:00 to the next day 09:00 on September 27, 2012, 10: (a) each of them 10,000 won in the G cafeteria operated by F in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul, Dongdaemun-gu by using 21 copies, and (b) each of them divided into two parts.

After the completion of betting, the betting amount was divided by dividing the total sum of 10,000 won, and if the number is high, the betting amount was 7,130,000 won in a way to be the winner.
