Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A

A. On November 22, 201, the Defendant was notified of a summary order of KRW 700,000 of a fine for gambling at the Gwangju District Court as a crime of gambling.

On September 16, 2014, the Defendant, along with D, T, U, V, W, and X, provided the Defendant with the above-mentioned Y room from around 18:00 to around 02:0 of the following day, using Chapter 203 of Gwangju Seo-gu Y room, and divided 10,000 per each, and the Defendant provided the Defendant with the 20th strings by using Chapter 21 of the 20th strings.
