Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant F, A, D, C, and B (Gambling);

가. 피고인들은 2012. 2. 11. 11:00경부터 24:00경까지 익산시 J 사무실에서 화투 20매 중 각각의 2매씩에 삼팔 광땡, 장땡, 구땡 , 가보, 구사 등의 일종의 높은 패의 족보를 정해 놓고 도박에 참여하는 사람들이 기본으로 10,000원을 내고 화투 2매씩을 받은 후 각자가 가진 패를 보고 높은 패를 가진 사람은 돈을 계속 내고 패가 좋지 않은 사람은 더 이상 그 판의 도박에는 참여하지 않은 후 다시 화투 1매를 더 받은 후 그 세장을 가지고 그 중 2장으로 위와 같은 족보를 맞추어 또 다시 돈을 내는 일명 “레이스”를 한 후 같은 액수의 도금을 낸 사람들끼리만 패를 보여 주어 높은 패를 가진 사람이 승을 하는 방법으로 총 판돈 7,970,000원을 갖고 약 150회에 걸쳐 속칭 “섯다”라는 도박을 하였다.

2. Defendant E (Gambling and gambling) aided and aided each other by receiving money from five persons, such as the above F, at the time and place specified in each paragraph of Article 1, in order to assist them with gambling, even with knowledge of the fact that they are gambling as above.

3. Defendant F, K, C, L and M (Gambling)

A. The Defendants and M have the total amount of KRW 2,630,000 in the manner of raising the base amount of KRW 1,000 to KRW 5,000, not the base amount of KRW 10,000 from June 27, 2012 to February 22, 2000, as stated in Section 1. A. However, the Defendants and M had the total amount of KRW 2,630,00 in the NE from around 27, 2012.
