Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.
However, the execution of each of the above punishments for three years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[2] Even if the Defendants were not the narcotics handler, they handled the 5F-PB-22 (one name “B”; hereinafter “BB”) and the Mepta (one name “Woophone”; hereinafter “Woo”) which is a local mental medicine as follows.
1. Joint crimes committed by the Defendants
A. On November 20, 2014, the Defendants purchased Hub 4 in KRW 200,000 from F, on the front path of Suwon-si E Station, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, the Defendants purchased Hub 4 in KRW 200,00.
2) On December 3, 2014, around 17:30 on December 3, 2014, the Defendants attempted to jointly prepare 900,000 won of the hub price in front of the Seoul Dongdaemun-gu G station, Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul, and to purchase the hub 15 facts from the person under whose name the Defendants attempted to purchase the hub 15,00,000 from the person under whose name the Defendants attempted to buy the fact
B. On November 21, 2014, the Defendants, at the point of “I” located in Suwon-si, Suwon-si around 05:00 on November 21, 2014, sold one cigarette, and then used a temporary psychotropic drug in a way that infusing a smoke generated by putting it into a brupted volume and attaching a fire.
2) At around 05:00 on November 24, 2014, the Defendants: (a) used a temporary mental medicine in a manner that makes it difficult to know after having sold one cigarette to put it in a fluor; and (b) put it in a fluorous volume with a fluorous volume; and (c) use a smoke generated by attaching a fire.
2. Joint crimes committed by the victim B and C;
