However, this judgment is delivered against Defendant B.

Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Records] Defendant A was sentenced to imprisonment with labor for a violation of the Narcotics Control Act at the Changwon District Court on August 14, 2013 and completed the execution of the sentence on January 3, 2014.

[2] The Defendants used JWH-018 similar chain AB-CHINAAA and JWH-210 (hereinafter “NB-210”) as follows, even though they are not narcotics handlers.

1. Defendant A

A. On May 1, 2016, the Defendant, in the vicinity of H Park G in the early Kimhae-si, around 18:00, put in the pipe (one string hereinafter referred to as “one spirphy”) that was made by breaking in a stuffing place, and used a psychotropic drug in a way of smoking with a fire attached thereto.

B. On May 2016, at around 20:0, the Defendant smoked and used an ambiguously mental medicine in the vicinity of the JAD Specialized Driving School located in Kimhae-si I in the same manner as the above paragraph (a).

On May 2016, the Defendant smoked and used psychotropic drugs in the same manner as the above paragraph, at the L A construction office located in Kimhae-si around 20:0 in the middle of May 2016, 2016.

(d)

On May 2016, at around 20:00, the Defendant smoked and used a psychotropic drug by smoking in the same manner as the above paragraph (a) any booming drug of an ambiguous quantity at the above LA construction office.

E. On May 2016, at around 20:00, the Defendant smoked and used a psychotropic drug in the foregoing LA’s construction office in a manner as referred to in the foregoing paragraph (a).

2. Defendant B

A. On May 2016, the Defendant, at around 20:00, put in the pipe (one-speak hereinafter referred to as “one-speak speak”) made in a stuffed box, and used a psychotropic drug in a way of smoking by attaching a fire, at around 20:0, the Defendant’s L construction office operated by the Defendant at K in Kimhae-si, Kimhae-si.

B. On May 2016, the Defendant came to know at the above LA construction office around 20:00.
