Punishment of the crime

Despite the fact that the Defendants were not the handler of narcotics, the Defendants treated JWH-018 and their dead bodies (hereinafter referred to as “ubb drugs”), which are local mental medicine drugs containing the transshipment component of “AMB-FUINAA” as follows:

1. In addition, as shown in the attached Table 1, from around that time to January 30, 2017, the Defendants received a total of 202 grams from G over 72 times in total, and paid KRW 25,870,000 in total under the name of purchase price.

As a result, the Defendants conspired to sell and sell a local mental medicine.

2. On July 11, 2016, Defendant A’s Defendant used hub narcotics in a manner that deducts the tobacco plant from manufacturing tobacco 204 Dong 505, Seo-gu, Daejeon, Seo-gu, Daejeon, and put about 0.1g of hub narcotics in the manufacturing tobacco, and added a smoke with a smoke attached thereto.
