A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months and by a fine of five thousand won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

1. From April 2, 2016 to October 24, 2016, the Defendant violated the Act on the Punishment of Arrangement, etc. of Commercial Sex Acts (i.e., brokerage, etc. of commercial sex acts) (i., brokerage, etc.), provided 14 rooms, 14 air rooms, and 10,000 won or more from male customers, such as H, I, and J, by having sexual traffic women, such as H, and J, engage in sexual intercourse similar to male customers.

Accordingly, the defendant committed commercial sex acts such as arranging sexual traffic.

2. On February 24, 2015, the Defendant would be subject to aggravated punishment if the instant establishment was controlled by the police, and if it is re-controled while continuing to operate the establishment. On May 2015, the Defendant borrowed the name of the business operator to a female H working at the instant establishment, who was requested by the first patrol officer, and reported the opening of the business by making the name of the business operator H around May 18, 2015.

After that, around October 24, 2016, when the above business establishment was re-controled by the police again, the Defendant instigated H to “N in the police where the name of the business owner was changed to four,” and H made a false statement to the effect that he was the actual business owner who actually operated the above business at the control police officer at the above business establishment, and around October 25, 201:016 of the same year, he was investigated at the Seoul Suwon Police Station investigation and the intelligence team office located in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Seoul, Seoul, and made a false statement to the effect that he was the actual business owner of the above business establishment by stating the overall operation of the business establishment to the police officer in charge.

As a result, the defendant instigated the above H to escape a person who committed a crime corresponding to a fine or heavier punishment.
