A around 11:30 on August 4, 2016, at the same business place located in Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government 2, after receiving KRW 110,00 from E and F, which was found at the same place, and informed E to 10,000,000 from 10 rooms of the above business place, and F to 7 rooms of the above business place, and, upon giving 60,000 won out of the above paid amount to G and H, G allowed G to perform sexual intercourse in the room No. 10 on the condition that 60,000 won out of the paid amount to G and H, and H had H compare with F and sexual intercourse at the room No. 7 of the above business place, and arrange sexual intercourse from May 2016 to the above business place by receiving money from customers from the above business place and arranging sexual intercourse.

Accordingly, Defendant A committed acts such as arranging sexual traffic for business purposes.

[2017 Highest 3764] Defendant B transferred the said establishment to Defendant A around March 10, 2017 while the said establishment was operated on the fiveth floor of the International Building in the East Sea, and Defendant A acquired the said establishment from Defendant B even though the said establishment was aware that the said establishment was engaged in sexual traffic around the said day.

A around March 10, 2017, around 19:57, in the above business place, under the idea that sexual traffic is arranged by having male descendants receive the price of sexual traffic from their male descendants and have female employees act as sexual intercourse with their sexual guests. Defendant A, in the warehouse of the above business place, had Defendant B look at the carper of the above business place. Defendant B, in the above business place, received 110,000 won of sexual traffic from the male son who was found in the above business place, and provided guidance to the inside room, and then let the female employee employed by Defendant B enter the room where he was sexual traffic.
