Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 900,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

around February 16, 2013, the Defendant was elected as the head of the Jeju Agricultural Cooperative in the election of the head of the cooperative of Jeju G Agricultural Cooperatives, and was elected as the head of the Jeju G Agricultural Cooperative in the election of the head of the cooperative at the national Dong-si, which was held on March 11, 2015.

1. Where money and other valuables for congratulationss or condolencess are offered at a ceremony of coming-of-age, marriage, funeral and ancestor worship, funeral and ancestor worship, funeral and ancestor worship at the expense of a cooperative violating the Agricultural Cooperatives Act or entrusted election of public organizations, etc., such money and valuables shall be registered in the name of a local agricultural cooperative

Nevertheless, on January 6, 2014, the Defendant attended at the G Agricultural Cooperatives Funeral Center located in H at Jeju-si, Jeju-si, and offered KRW 50,000,00 as the expense of the said G Agricultural Cooperative, and stated only the “G Agricultural Cooperative” in the envelope as the expense of the said G Agricultural Cooperative, and did not specify that the donation is the expense of the G Agricultural Cooperative.

In addition, the Defendant provided a total amount of KRW 13,050,000 with the money of KRW 13,050,000 from January 29, 2015 to January 20, 2015 as indicated in the attached Table of Crimes (1) at the expense of the association, and did not specify that the money of congratulations and condolences is the expense of the association. From January 3, 2014 to January 13, 2015, the Defendant provided the money of KRW 1,050,000 as the expenses of the association’s funeral for 35 times in total, as indicated in the attached Table of Crimes (2) between January 3, 2014 and January 13, 2015, and did not specify that the amount of the money is the expense of the association.

2. No cooperative head who violates the Agricultural Cooperatives Act by making contributions or commissioned election regulations by public organizations, etc. while in office shall provide money, goods, or other property benefits, express his/her intention to provide such benefits, or promise to provide such benefits to a cooperative member, or an institution, organization, or facility established and operated by the cooperative member, his/her family member, or his/her family member, while in office;
