Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

From July 22, 2001 to March 20, 2015, the Defendant was a person who was working as the head of the Association located in Jung-gu Daejeon, Daejeon, Daejeon, and was married as a candidate for the head of the Association at the first time of the election of the head of the Association in the Dong-si, Dong-si, Seoul, on March 11, 2015.

1. Notwithstanding the fact that the head of an association violating the Agricultural Cooperatives Act was unable to make a contribution while in office, the Defendant provided F, a member of the E head office of the said E head office, with a bath right of 10 copies for bath bath in the operation of the E branch office, and an amount equivalent to KRW 40,000 in the market price by inserting in a letter plastic bag and delivering it, and seven times every month from around that time to July 2014, the Defendant provided a bath right of 10 copies per month in the same manner and KRW 280,000 in the market price.

Although the head of an agricultural cooperative under the Agricultural Cooperatives Act on Entrusted Election by Public Organizations, etc. was unable to make a contribution while in office, the Defendant provided F, at the first of August 2014 office of the head office of the E E head office, who is eligible to enter in the electoral register as a member, with a bath right of 10 percent of the bathing right of the E branch’s operation of the E branch’s 10,000 won and delivery of the market price by putting in a letter bag, and five times every month from that time to December 1, 2014.
