Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 900,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person elected as the president of an Eagricultural cooperative in Gyeong-gun, Seongbuk-gun on January 26, 2010.

The head of a cooperative shall not provide money, goods, or other property benefits, express his/her intention to provide such benefits, or promise to provide such money, goods, or other property benefits to an institution, organization, or facility established and operated by a cooperative member, his/her family member, or his/her family member, while in office, and where he/she provides money, goods, etc. for congratulations, marriage, funeral and ancestor worship, funeral and ancestor worship, funeral and ancestor worship, funeral and ancestor worship, or other congratulations and condolences for expenses of a local agricultural cooperative, it shall be in the name of the local agricultural cooperative

Around October 12, 2013, the Defendant offered 50,000 won for congratulations at the E Agricultural Cooperative’s expense to a member F of the E Agricultural Cooperative. The Defendant, from March 18, 2012 to December 14, 2013, entered the envelope as “E Agricultural Cooperative A” and expressed the name of the head of the Cooperative, etc., and made a contribution by disclosing the name or name of the head of the E Agricultural Cooperative in the envelope from March 18, 2012 to December 14, 2013, as shown in the list of crimes in attached Form 206.
