A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime
"2013 Highest 2204"
1. Around 13:00 on May 5, 2013, the Defendant: (a) was placed in the “E” of the victim D operation in Yacheon-gu, Yacheon-gu; (b) did not lock the victim; (c) intruded the victim into the door through the entrance; and (d) had 10,000 won in cash and 10,000 post office post office post office crow cards, which were located on the part of the Handbag in the Handbag.
2. Fraud;
A. At around 14:01, May 5, 201, the Defendant: (a) presented the 14,700 won payment, i.e., the 14,700 won by presenting the e-mail card in the name of D, as if the e-mail was one’s card enabling normal settlement, to the employees of the store, whose name was unknown, from the “The Home Plus E-pler’s interest frame store in the operation of the Defendant Home Ppler Co., Ltd., Ltd., the 543, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Ocheon-gu, 543.
B. At around 14:07, May 5, 2013, the Defendant, at the same place, presented that the Defendant would pay KRW 11,780,00, by presenting the post office post office check in the name of D, which was stolen, to a store employee who is not aware of his/her name, as in paragraph (1), as if he/she were his/her own card capable of normal settlement, and was issued a half of the amount equivalent to KRW 11,780 at the seat.
C. From May 5, 2013, around 14:41 on May 5, 2013, the Defendant issued an order to “H restaurant” in the “H restaurant” operated by the victim G located in Y of YYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY 4,500 won, and then, the Defendant received 4,500 won, by suggesting that the Defendant was one’s own card with which normal settlement can be completed, such as paragraph (1).
14:48 around May 5, 2013, the Defendant committed the crime at the “K” store operated by the Victim J, Ocheon-gu, Ocheon-gu, Ocheon-si, as in paragraph (1). The Defendant is the Defendant’s card that enables a normal settlement of the post office cream card in the name of D, which was stolen, as in paragraph (1).
