Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. On July 14, 2014, around 15:50, the Defendant stolen one copy of a new bank credit card and one credit card in the name of the victim, which was entered in the victim’s name, from the victim C, at the request of the victim C, in front of the District Prosecutors’ Office of Government Administration, which was located in 15:50 Doo-ro 34 Doo-ro 23.

2. Fraud;

A. On July 14, 2014, at around 16:20, the Defendant: (a) filled gas in (State)G operated by the Victim F in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Gangnam-gu, Seoul; (b) presented a new bank in the name of C, which was stolen, as stated in the foregoing paragraph (1), and had the victim pay gas by the said credit card; and (c) received gas from the victim, at the market price of KRW 33,154.

B. On July 14, 2014, around 18:16, 2014, the Defendant: (a) purchased the mountain uniform from the J, operated by the victim I located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Gangnam-gu; (b) presented a new credit card bank in the name of C, which was stolen as stated in the foregoing paragraph (1), as if the victim could not normally settle the account with a stolen credit card; (c) provided the victim with the uniform equivalent to KRW 592,00,000 at the market price, after having the victim settle the return by using the said credit card.

3. Violation of the Act on Specialized Credit Financial Transactions;

A. On July 14, 2014, at around 17:00, the Defendant used stolen credit cards by having F prepare a credit card sales slip with a new bank under the name of C, which was stolen as referred to in the foregoing paragraph (1), and issuing the sales slip and allowing F to settle the gas price of 33,154 won.
