Punishment of the crime

[2018 High 748] On October 20, 2017, the Defendant stated that “Ac agency located in Seo-gu in Gwangju, Gwangju, would cause damage to the victim D by paying the value of the mobile phone device and the telephone fee on the face of the opening of the mobile phone in four names.”

However, even if the victim purchased a mobile phone and opened it in the name of the victim, there was no intention or ability to pay the value of the mobile phone device and the telephone fee even though the victim did not own property and the defendant did not pay the mobile phone fee already used.
