A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On October 8, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for the same crime, etc. in the Gwangju District Court's Macheon Branch on a short-term one year on a short-term basis, and on November 30, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for night buildings, larceny, etc. at the Seoul Southern District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence at the port prison on July 11, 2017.
1. On July 27, 2017, the Defendant: (a) went into the “E pharmacy” operated by the victim D in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu; (b) around 02:00 on July 27, 2017, the Defendant: (c) opened a corrective entrance several times by hand; and (d) intruded into it; (d) 80,000 won owned by the victim in cash.
Until August 21, 2017, the Defendant, as well as this, intruded into a structure that the victims may receive at night, at a total of nine times, as shown in the attached Table 1 list of crimes, and stolen money and valuables and clothing equivalent to a total of KRW 976,000.
2. On August 17, 2017, at around 04:18, the Defendant: (a) was “H pharmacy” operated by the Victim G in Gumi-si F, Gumi-si on a hand; (b) destroyed the corrective device by frequently destroying the corrected entrance by hand; and (c) invaded into the entrance; and (d) took 30,000 won as the victim’s possession and stolen.
Until August 21, 2017, the Defendant, as well as this, invaded by destroying and damaging the correction devices of the structure that the victims may receive at night on a total of two occasions, such as the 2nd list of crimes committed by the Defendant, and stolen money and valuables worth KRW 160,000.

1. On July 28, 2017, at around 06:05, the Defendant attempted to intrude into a structure, and opened several doors, which were corrected in order to steal money and valuables, in hand, in order to do so. However, the Defendant failed to open the entrance, and failed to commit such act.
