Punishment of the crime
▣ 범죄 전력 피고인은 2013. 6. 19. 서울 동부지방법원에서 특정범죄 가중처벌 등에 관한 법률위반( 절도) 죄로 징역 1년 6월을 선고 받고 2014. 10. 24. 광주 교도소에서 그 형의 집행을 종료하였다.
▣ 범죄사실 [2016 고단 245]
1. On December 27, 2015, around 09:18, around 2015, the Defendant: (a) destroyed property; (b) invaded by a structure; or (c) attempted theft; (d) destroyed the window of bricks; and (e) intruded the correction device into the following business establishment; and (e) did not find stolen things, even though the Defendant did not look at a safe in the calculation unit, etc.
2. On January 8, 2016, the Defendant: (a) around 07:36 to 07:41, the Defendant: (b) opened a corrected entrance at around the △△△△△△△△△△△△ located in the Seoul Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City F, and intruded the corrective entrance into the premises, and (c) invaded the victim’s possession of cash, which is 50,000 won.

1. On December 24, 2015, around 14:51, 2015, the Defendant: (a) opened a corrected entrance and intruded into a business establishment with a large amount of KRW 400,00,00 in cash at a credit cooperative located in the calculation unit of the place; (b) committed theft on the following grounds: (c) around December 24, 201, at the △△△ point in the victim I’s H2 floor in Seodaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.
2. On December 24, 2015, around 14:5, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around December 14:5, 2015, at around △△△△△△△ in Seodaemun-gu Seoul, Seomun-gu, Seoul, destroyed the entrance glass of KRW 4.50,000 in the market value; (b) invaded the corrective device into the next business establishment following the year; and (c) stolen the corrective device with KRW 4,00 in the credit cooperative located in the calculation unit.
3. On December 24, 2015, around 15:39, the Defendant intruded into a structure, and stolen building: (a) went into the main point of the management of the victim M in Seodaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government L Floor, and went into the △△△△△△ branch; and (b) intrudes into a corrected window and within the establishment; and (c) has KRW 60,000 in cash at the credit cooperative in which the place was
