Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On September 13, 2012, at around 21:58, the Defendant posted a statement on the Defendant’s home located in the Gumi-si B, 121 Dong 505 (C apartment), stating that “Ww.bebe.com” was “W. Scch scopic Scopic Scopic Scopic Scopic Scopics” on a bulletin that slanders the victim D by accessing computers at the Defendant’s home located in the Gumi-si B, 121 Dong 505 (C apartment), and openly insulting the victim.

2. The Defendant, at around 00:47 September 14, 2012, connected to the aforesaid beer bulletin board in the same manner at the above place, posted an interview article E on September 11, 2012 against the victim D on September 14, 2012, and raises up to the extent that he/she is deemed to be a special larceny of 1.3 lines under the below.

2. F도 동물이 과연 물건인가 하면서 실드쳐주는 중 3.참 지랄도 풍년 ^-^'이라고 게시하여 공연히 피해자를 모욕하였다.

3. On September 14, 2012, the Defendant: (a) connected the said site to a brupt bulletin board in the same manner in the same manner at the same place; and (b) posted a written statement in the same manner as Paragraph (2) to openly insult the victim.
