On April 18, 2014, at around 20:41, the Defendant had access to a beer storage site and posted a photograph of D, the complainant, “C” under the title of “C” on the bulletin board, and publicly insulting the complainant by making up and posting a statement on the comments, “Yewn Jamsk for Ye-Jak-Jak.”
