Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is an individual seller using Addi “C” and Addiene “D” in online shopping mall “B.”

1. The Defendant purchased forged trees from wholesalers in the name and inorganic name, and had his intent to sell them as if they were refined.

On April 25, 2015, the Defendant posted a letter to the effect that, by accessing the above site in Daegu-gu E, the Defendant sold to KRW 78,590,00, a fluent fluent volume, such as “Slue flue flue flue flue flue flue flue flue 100,000.”

2. No person who violates the Trademark Act shall deliver, sell, forge, imitate, or possess a trademark identical or similar to another person's registered trademark for the purpose of using it on goods identical or similar to the designated goods;
