A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime
Part of the facts charged was corrected ex officio to the extent that it does not interfere with the defendant's defense right.
The defendant is a person who has sold clothes at a street store near Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D.
