A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around October 2019, the Defendant forged official document: (a) delivered D’s pictures to E, which he/she had become aware of through the Facebook, along with D, living together with the Defendant’s house located in Pyeongtaek-si apartment C apartment; (b) sent D’s pictures to E; and (c) sent approximately KRW 300,000 in return for the above provision; (d) delivered E a forged foreigner registration certificate stating “the foreigner registration number F, name G, VENM in the country area, and marriage with the status of stay at home on August 20, 2019; and (e) received a forged foreigner registration certificate stating “the head of several immigration control offices on August 20, 2019,” and sent it to E on the back of the foreigner registration certificate; (e) sent approximately 200,000 won to E; and (e) requested to obtain a new production at home-based foreigner registration certificate from the time on ten days after the issuance date; and (e) obtained a foreign registration certificate from January 1, 1, 2019.

Accordingly, the defendant, in collusion with E and D, committed a foreign registration certificate under the name of the head of the Suwon Immigration Control Office, etc. for the purpose of exercising the rights.

2. The Defendant: (a) demanded a certificate of completion of basic health education on construction business at the construction site of the H apartment site of the Yeongdeungpo-gu, Young-gu, H, and the Defendant: (b) requested for forgery and alteration to the E who became aware of it through the Pest North of the Pest site on October 2019; (c) delivered KRW 100,000 in return for the request; (d) received from E the certificate of completion of basic health education on construction business as stated “name G, date of birth I, registration number J, and date of completion; (d) October 31, 2019; (e) October 31, 2019; and (e) delivered it to D.

Accordingly, the defendant, in collusion with E and D, forged one copy of the completion certificate of basic safety and health education in the name of K in charge of the construction business without authority.

3. No one shall arrange or solicit the employment of any person who has no status of sojourn eligible for employment activities by foreigners, as prescribed by Presidential Decree;

Nevertheless, it is not possible.
