[Defendant A] Defendant A is punished by imprisonment with prison labor for a year and six months.

Provided, That the above punishment shall be imposed for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

A name-free person is an advertisement that forges various official documents and private documents of the Republic of Korea, such as his/her certificate of foreigner registration, driver's license, and certificate of completion of basic health education on construction business, in the account of "E" in D, and forges documents for a certain price to many unspecified persons who have reported and contacted.

Both Defendants are foreigners of Vietnamese nationality whose period of stay has expired.

1. Defendant A

A. On December 2019, the Defendant, at a place where it is difficult to know the place at the end of the end of the period, reported that he/she placed a forged advertisement on D in a foreign registration certificate. Since the period of stay expires, the Defendant continued to stay in the Republic of Korea and requested the manufacture of a falsified foreign registration certificate by communicating the above name in contact with the above name defecter and delivering the Defendant’s photograph and personal information. Accordingly, the name defecter requested the Defendant to produce a forged foreign registration certificate at his/her option after forging the registration number “F”, “A”, “Korean nationality VITRNM”, “non-professional employment (E-9),” “date of issuance”, “date of issuance”, and “date of December 06, 202”, “the date of the expiration of the period of stay” as indicated in the Busan Immigration Control Office’s foreigner registration certificate under the name of the head of Busan Immigration Control Office.

As a result, the defendant and the non-person in charge of the name of the defendant were forged a foreign registration certificate against the defendant under the name of the director of the Busan immigration control office.
