A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Despite the fact that the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, he dealt with the Mept cloptop (one philopon; hereinafter “philopon”) and marijuana, which is a local mental medicine, as follows:

1. On December 2016, 2016, the Defendant purchased a junopon, and the Defendant received marijuana from the Defendant: (a) purchased the 600,000 won in cash from D, a house-based E-Ba 401 of D, which is located in Do Government-si, Do-si, and in return for the purchase of approximately two grams of the junopon to D; and (b) deliver 1g of the manopon to D, without compensation, after giving her approximately 60,000 grams of the junopon to D.

2. On December 2016, 2016, the Defendant: (a) purchased philophonephones; (b) purchased 600,000 won in cash from D from D’s office to D at the same time at the same time; and (c) purchased approximately 1.4g of the philophones contained in D’s two for a one-time one-time one-time one; and (d) delivered and received approximately 1g of the mariphones to D without compensation for the flachising one to D.

3. On March 14, 2017, the Defendant administered philophones at the Defendant’s house located in the Kangwon-gun, Kangwon-gun on March 14, 2017, inserting approximately 0.05g of philophones into a one-time injection machine at the Defendant’s house located in the Gangseowon-gun, and dilution water and dilution, and administered them.

4. On March 15, 2017, the Defendant, holding a philopon, inserting approximately 0.26g of a philopon into a single-use injection machine on a day-to-day basis, and carrying it in a manner that puts up on the back to the front line of the above Defendant’s flopon.

5. On April 30, 2017, the Defendant, at around 20:00 on April 30, 2017, injected approximately 0.05g oponon into the house of the above D in a single-use injection machine, in water and dilution, and injected them into the blood stuff, respectively.
