A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and eight months.

2,472,00 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

On February 19, 2013, the Defendant sentenced the Changwon District Court to eight months of imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc., and completed the execution of the sentence on June 4, 2013.

Notwithstanding that the Defendant is not a person handling narcotics:

1. On March 1, 2014, around the first half of the first half of that year, a approximately 0.05g of psychotropic drugs-related Mepopon (hereinafter referred to as 'copon', hereinafter referred to as 'copon'), in the C Driving car parked in the parking lot near the Hyundai apartment located in the Busan Seo-gu Mandong-dong, Busan, and deliver and receive it to D free of charge in the first half of that month;

Around 01:00 on September 6, 2014, at “J” (J) seafarers’ office located in Ulsan Northern-gu I, Ulsan-gu, Seoul-do, received approximately 0.8 grams of phiphonephones, which were incurred in the day-to-day injection period from C and H in return for mediating the purchase of phiphones, without compensation;

5. On September 17, 2014: (a) around 04:20, at the front of the restaurant of “L” located in K of Busan, receive, without compensation, approximately 0.4 grams of phiphonephones enclosed on paper from C and H in return for mediating the purchase of phiphones; (b) receive them;

6. On October 26, 2014, around 22:00, around 307, “N” located in the Busan YY M was administered by inserting approximately 0.05g opononon in a single-use injection machine, dilution with water, and then administering them in a manner of injecting their left arms to their flaps.
