Defendant

A Imprisonment for one year, and each of the defendants B shall be punished by imprisonment for ten months.

However, for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Despite the fact that the Defendants were not the handlersrs of narcotics, the Defendants received and administered Metropha (one philopon; hereinafter referred to as “philopon”) which is a local mental medicine as follows.

1. Defendant A

A.
