A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.

Seized evidence 1 or 2 shall be forfeited from the accused.

Punishment of the crime

Notwithstanding that the Defendant is not a person handling narcotics:

1. Around 21:00 on June 7, 2014, in the vicinity of a commercial building located in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu C, delivering approximately 0.05 g of psychotropic drugs, contained in a single-time injection machine (hereinafter referred to as "per-day philophone") to D, who had known about about 0.05 g of psychotropic drugs, free of charge, to receive them;

2. Containing approximately 0.05 gramopon in a single-use injection machine at the same time and at a place as referred to in the preceding paragraph, divating water with water, administering them in one’s left arms divor, and administering them;

3. On July 29, 2014, at the same place as “paragraph 1,” delivered and received approximately 0.05g of phiphonephones contained in the one-time injection machine to D without compensation at the same place as “paragraph 1,” and

4. Containing approximately 0.05 gramopon in a single-use injection machine at the same time and at a place as referred to in the preceding paragraph, divating water with water, and administering them in one’s left arms divor;

5. On September 15, 2014, at around 21:00, in the two-story toilets located in Ulsan Northern-gu, Ulsan-do, containing approximately 0.05g of philophonephonephones into a one-time injection machine, dilution with water, and administering them into their left arms mats;

6. On September 17, 2014, parked in a public parking lot for "Sule" in Ulsan-dong, Ulsan-do, on a single-time basis, containing approximately 0.05g philophones into a one-time motor vehicle in its own car and dilution with water, and administering them by injection into its left arm's packs;

7. On September 17, 2014, around 12:41, Ulsanbuk-gu, “H” located in Ulsan-gu G, carrying approximately 0.46g philophones 0.46g, scopon, which she was seated, with a single-use injection instrument on the next chair.
