Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Defendant
C and Defendant D are married couple, and Defendant A and Defendant B are married couple.
1. On November 21, 2013, at around 21:30, Defendant C (injury) committed an assault against Defendant A by taking the head debt of Defendant A by drinking alcohol while the Defendant A and her husband performed a talk and talk with Defendant A while drinking alcohol and talking with Defendant A in a restaurant called “H” operated by Defendant A and B in Suwon-gu, Suwon-si, Suwon-si.
