A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

Punishment of the crime

On November 24, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to ten months of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Military Service Act at the Seoul Western District Court, and the period of parole was expired on December 24, 2012 during the execution of the sentence, and the period of parole was expired on January 17, 2013. On June 10, 2014, the Defendant was detained for robbery at the Seoul Southern Southern District Court and still pending trial.

1. Fraud;

A. The Defendant, by deceiving the victim in the above manner, acquired pecuniary benefits equivalent to KRW 27,000.

B. On October 23, 2013, the Defendant posted a letter to sell ten copies of KRW 10,000 of KRW 10,000 of KRW 10,00 in the same manner at the same place as the above Paragraph (a) at around October 23, 2013, and received KRW 90,000 on the same day from the victim who reported and contacted the letter, but the Defendant did not have any intent or ability to send cultural products to the victim even if he did not have the right to receive cultural products at the time, even if he did not receive the payment.

The Defendant, by deceiving the victim in the above manner, acquired pecuniary benefits equivalent to KRW 90,000.

2. On September 17, 2013, the Defendant violated the Resident Registration Act by accessing the Internet website servers (www.naver.com) using computers at the same place as the above Paragraph 1.
