A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On March 26, 2015, from around 23:00 to around 00:20 on March 27, 2015, the Defendant stolen the victim’s resident registration certificate, citizen body card, card with a new card with 300,000 won in the market price, and galgalgno 21 of the market price of the victim’s 30,000 won in his/her hand, taking advantage of the gaps in the two-line subways moving from the station to the sexual water area from the station to the 00:20:0:0 on March 27, 2015, the Defendant stolen the victim’s personal registration certificate, personal body card, and card with a new card.

2. Violation of the Specialized Credit Finance Business Act;

A. On March 27, 2015, the Defendant purchased goods equivalent to KRW 19,700 from the D convenience store located in Seodaemun-gu Seoul, Seodaemun-gu, Seoul, at around 01:10 on March 27, 2015, and the Defendant offered to the employees, as described in the foregoing paragraph (1), a stolen national body card in the name of C, and had the employees prepare the sales slip and sign it on the signature column of the sales slip member.

B. On March 27, 2015, the Defendant purchased goods equivalent to KRW 21,800 from the F convenience store located in Seodaemun-gu Seoul, Seodaemun-gu, Seoul at a F convenience store. Around March 27, 2015, the Defendant offered to an employee a new card under the name of H, his mother, as described in the foregoing paragraph (1), and signed on the column for signature of the sales slip member.

Accordingly, the defendant used stolen credit cards twice.

3. Illegal events of official documents;

A. On March 27, 2015, the Defendant at “I” store opened a mobile phone at K’s “I” store operated by Seodaemun-gu Seoul, Seodaemun-gu, Seoul, and demanded to present an identification card from him/her, and presented C’s resident registration certificate under the name of the head of Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, which is a public document stolen and possessed as described in the foregoing paragraph 1, as if he/she were the Defendant’s resident registration certificate.

B. On March 27, 2015, the Defendant’s cell phone at L stores, operated by N in M on March 27, 2015.
