A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. A thief, around 04:21 August 10, 2014, the Defendant stolen the victim’s 5 mobile phone phone market valueing to KRW 849,00, Korea bank credit card (F) and one driver’s license, which are located on the computer book No. 63 of the victim E, using the gaps in which the victim E is self-employed.

2. Fraud or violation of the Specialized Credit Finance Business Act;

A. At around 04:35 on the same day as in the preceding paragraph, the Defendant purchased “I” restaurant operated by the victim H located in Ansan-si G, Ansan-si, and took place as if the Defendant was the legitimate holder of the credit card of Korea bank, which stolen as stated in the preceding paragraph, as if the Defendant was the legitimate holder of the credit card bank, and had the victim prepare the sales slip and sign the sales slip on the signature column.

Accordingly, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim, received a 1,500 won Kimbed at the same place from the victim, and used stolen credit cards.

B. At around 04:42 of the same day as in the preceding paragraph, the Defendant received a massage amounting to KRW 200,000 from the “L” terminal operated by the Victim K in Mayang-gu, Mayang-si, Mayang-si, and took place as if the Defendant was a legitimate holder of the credit card of our bank like the preceding paragraph, and had the victim prepare the sales slip by presenting the said credit card to the victim, and signed on the signature column of the sales slip.

At around 06:25 on the same day, the Defendant continued to receive additional 200,000 won at the same place, and took place as if he was a legitimate holder of the credit card of the above bank, and had the victim present the above credit card to the victim, and signed the signature column of the sales slip after having the victim prepare the sales slip.

Accordingly, the defendant deceivings the victim, and receives 200,000 won or more from the victim, and 400.
