A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant had been aware that apartment security guards and U.S. dollars members were in a resting room during working hours, with the knowledge of the fact that they had a resting room in the apartment cleaning room, and had the mind to steal the property.

1. On August 10, 2017, around 16:00, the Defendant infringed on the room: (a) opened an open entrance with the mind that property was stolen in the temporary closure room of the first floor of Seocho-gu Seoul Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government apartment building C, 23-dong 23-dong 1, and intruded into the room.

From that time until December 18, 2017, the Defendant infringed on the room room 15 times in total, such as the list of crimes in the attached list of crimes, from that time until December 11:00.

2. On August 10, 2017, around 16:00, the Defendant: (a) entered the rest room of the 1st floor US dollars of the Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government apartment building C apartment building 23, 23, with the open entrance; (b) one wall in the amount of 34,000 won in cash owned by the victim D; (c) one wall in the amount of 530,000 won in cash owned by the victim E; and (d) one wall in the amount of 4,000 won in cash owned by the victim E; and (e) one wall in the amount of 4,000 won in market price.

From that time until December 18, 2017, the Defendant stolen the property equivalent to KRW 2,275,000 in total by the same method over 10 times, such as the written list of crimes in attached Form 1 to 5, 7 to 10, 12.

3. On November 25, 2017, the Defendant attempted to larceny: (a) around 09:47, at the closure room of the security guards managed by the victim G of the 102-dong and the 1st basement underground floor above the Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government F Apartment G, the Defendant attempted to remove the entrance locking device, enter the entrance, and stolen the property, but did not find any stolen object.

The Defendant, from that time until December 18, 2017, entered the closure room of security guards from the time to December 11:00, as shown in the list of offenses (No. 6, 11, 13 and 15 a year), and attempted to steals property, but did not commit an attempted crime.

4. On September 24, 2017, the Defendant damaged special property: (a) around 15:15, the security guards’ resting room managed by the victim I located in the Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government H Apartment apartment 103 Dong, with a dangerous object prepared in advance to steals the property.
