Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[criminal records] On January 26, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny at the Daegu District Court, and the execution of the sentence was completed on December 1, 2016 at the Daegu Prison.
[Criminal facts]
1. Victims C;
A. On September 11, 2017, around 12:00, the Defendant infringed upon a residence of the victim C, which was located in Gyeonggi-do Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si, and the Defendant removed the crime prevention window installed on the first floor window, in his/her hand, and entered the said window to the house of the victim, thereby infringing on the victim’s residence.
B. At the time and place indicated in the above paragraph (a), the Defendant: (a) entered the victim’s residence room as above; (b) committed theft with precious metal of approximately KRW 3,150,000 in total amount of market price owned by the victim (one key to yellow metal of KRW 1,50,000 in the market price; (c) one implied half of the market price of KRW 2,50,000 in an amount of KRW 30,000 in the market price; (d) one gold sheet of KRW 80,000 in the market price; and (d) two hundred thousand in cash in the market price.
2. Victims E;
A. On September 13, 2017, around 12:08, the Defendant infringed upon a residence of the victim E residing in the Gyeonggi-do, Pakistan-si, Gyeonggi-do, by removing the shock net installed on the window on the first floor, in his/her hand, and entering the said window to the house of the victim.
B. At the time and place indicated in the above paragraph (a), the Defendant: (a) entered the victim’s residence room as above; and (b) stolen with precious metal (one s and Robskki’s land equivalent to the market price of 2.50,000 won, one s and robski’s land equivalent to the market price of 2.50,000 won, one s and robski’s land equivalent to the market price of 2.50,000 won, one s and robski’s land equivalent to the market price of 2.5,000 won), 5,60,000 won in cash, etc.
3. Victims I;
A. A. On September 20, 2017, the Defendant who intrudes upon his residence came into the residence of the victim I located in the Ha in the G in the G in Sungsung-si of Gyeonggi-do, and then steals the property, and thus is favorable to the two floors.
