Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On July 6, 2013, the chairperson of the executive board of the civil society organization and the executive board of the National Assembly in urgent cases of the civil society organization for the opening of the fixed number of the National Assembly, the opening of a political intervention, the maintenance of the status of political intervention, reduction, concealment of concealment, etc., organized by 209 civil society organizations, such as the Korean Film Society, the Korean Bar Association, the attorney-at-law conference, the Korean Democratic Society, and the Korean Union Federation on June 27, 2013.

After participating in the above assembly, the Defendant did not dissolve more than 1,00 participants in other assemblies even though the assembly was completed, and since 20:53 of the same day, the Defendant attempted to enter the road in front of the Liber hotel in the vicinity of the meeting in order to protective areas, such as a question about the getting off of the road, a small street, a street, a passage through the earth, a national human rights council, and a small air route, but the police officers installed a wall and prevented it.

Accordingly, the Defendant, along with approximately 1,00 participants in other assemblies from around 20:53 of the same day to around 21:33 of the same day, moved along a lane prior to the 8th line in both directions of the hotel in front of the above Prara, and raised a relief, such as “dembing the national quota, guaranteeing peace and happiness.”
