Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On June 27, 2013, 2013, 209 civil society organizations, such as the Korean Film Association, the Korean Bar Association, the Korean Bar Association, the Korean Democratic Society, and the Korean Federation of Democratic Trade Unions, were organized by 209 civil society organizations, i.e., the National Assembly of the urgent City of the National Assembly for the opening of a large number of political interventions, the progress of political interventions, and the reduction and concealment of money (hereinafter referred to as “City National Assembly”); C) argued that on June 28, 2013, the NIS participated systematically in the 18th presidential election and the police announced the results of false investigation; and that the so-called “the fixed number of political participations, the number of the people of the Korean National Assembly of the Korean National Assembly of the Republic of Korea,”

Accordingly, around 18:30 on July 6, 2013, the City Assembly passed an assembly in order of 20:45 on the same day after the date when the assembly was held by approximately 4,50 persons (including 550 persons, 550 persons, 2,000 persons, 2,000 persons, and NAN 1,300/labor-200/ large school students, 400/high school students) of the Seoul Jung-gu Seoul Central Assembly in Seoul Central Assembly, Seoul Central Assembly held the National Assembly's rally to open to the society of Seoul Central Assembly, while holding the National Assembly's rally to open to the society of Seoul Central Assembly.

After participating in the above assembly, the Defendant did not dissolve more than 1,00 participants in other assemblies even though the assembly has been completed, and since 20:53 on the same day, the Defendant tried to enter the road in front of the Liber hotel, which is located in the vicinity of the meeting, in the order of protection, such as the Jin-gu's Round-ro, the Korean Human Rights Authority of the Republic of Korea. However, police officers installed a wall and prevented it.

Accordingly, the Defendant, along with approximately 1,00 participants in other assemblies from around 20:53 of the same day to around 21:33 of the same day, moved along a lane prior to the 8th line in both directions of the hotel in front of the above Prara, and raised a relief, such as “dembing the national quota, guaranteeing peace and happiness.”

Accordingly, the Defendant conspiredd with approximately 1,00 participants in other assemblies to interfere with the traffic of the land for about 40 minutes.
