A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

"2019 Highest 625"

1. Around 00:00 on April 5, 2019, the Defendant assaulted the victim, while taking a bath against the victim, on the ground that the victim C (the age of 51) was her, around the Busan Shipping Daegu building, and that he was her.

2. On April 5, 2019, at around 00:15, the Defendant: (a) expressed that the police officer guard E belonging to the Maritime Police Station D Zone D, who was dispatched after receiving a report of 112 at the place under paragraph (1), arrested the Defendant as a flagrant offender; (b) subsequently, the Defendant expressed a bath that “I sing, sing off, and drinking, I sing the said E’s chest with the hand floor, and embling it for drinking.”

Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties concerning the arrest of police officers by assault and intimidation.

1. The crime committed on April 22, 2019;

A.
