Defendant

A and B shall be punished by imprisonment for one year, by imprisonment for 8 months, and by imprisonment for 6 months, respectively.

Punishment of the crime

No one shall capture or gather fishery resources, for the propagation and protection of fishery resources, in which capture and gathering are prohibited, and no one shall possess, distribute, process, keep or sell fishery resources captured and gathered in violation of the aforementioned order.

1. Defendant A is the captain of H-and-child fishing vessel I (3 tons) at the time of three vessels, who is engaged in fisheries.

A. On February 11, 2017, the Defendant captured approximately 300 mags and females with approximately 100 mams and females 100 mams by using the said I’s nets fishing vessel from around 04:00 to 14:00 on February 11, 2017, in the three-way coastal sea year from around 04:0 to around 14:00.

On February 26, 2017, the Defendant captured approximately 264 m3 and 1,140 m3 in the above place from February 26, 2017 to February 04:00, the Defendant captured approximately 1,140 m3 in the above manner at the above place.

2. Defendant B is the wife of the above A, the owner of the above I (3 tons) and is engaged in fishery.

A. On February 12, 2017, the Defendant received and sold approximately KRW 300 masts and female 100 masts to C and D, a guest who found the above workplace, at the above “I” workplace located in J in Sam-si, Sam-si, Sam-si on February 12, 2017, and around 180 masts and female 100 masts captured by A.

B. On February 14, 2017, the Defendant, at around 10:58 on February 14, 2017, sold approximately 100 mar (100 mar) to K, a customer, who found the above workplace under the above 1.B. As seen in the above 1.1.

On February 15, 2017, the Defendant committed a crime on February 15, 201, at the same place on February 15, 2017 and below the body length.
