[Defendant A] Defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for four months

Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A is the owner of C(5.19 tons) and the captain of C(5.19 tons) and the person engaged in fishery as the captain, and the defendant B is the person working at C's workplace.
