A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the owner and the captain of Gangwon-si Coast Coast Guard C (5.67 tons) fishing vessels at the coast of Gangwon-si, and is engaged in fishery as the captain.

No one shall engage in the fishery of capturing female strings and body rooms with less than 9cm for the propagation and protection of fishery resources.

Nevertheless, on January 10, 2017, from around 09:10 to around 10:00 of the same day, the Defendant captured the female 32 macy and 195 mast with a 195 mix by means of a booming 20 mix with the nets 4 math in the sea of the same day from around 09:10 to around 10:00 of the same day.
