A, C, and D shall be punished by imprisonment for six months, by imprisonment for four months, and by imprisonment for eight months, respectively.

Punishment of the crime

Any person shall be prohibited from catching marine animals for a large period of time.

(3) On May 11, 2017, the Defendant captured approximately KRW 180 mixs of female strings and body lengths less than 9cm in the foregoing manner at the place above, at the same time.

2. Defendant B is the captain of a fishing vessel H (3.33 tons) with the ship owner at the Gangseo-si Station, and is a person engaged in fishery.

On June 26, 2017, the Defendant captured approximately 60 m3m of the female boomer and body length 9cm by using the above Hneut net fishing vessel.

3. Defendant C is a person who is engaged in A’s wife, fishery, and private gambling, the captain of the G, which is the captain of the G’s fishing boat of the Gangnam-si fishery station.

(1) On February 17, 2016, the Defendant sold approximately 390 mars to E, at the place near the place of the back of the gold-gu Jindong-si, Jindong-si, the Defendant sold them at a price not paid in the amount of fluoring and the body length of approximately 90 m.
