A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the relationship between the victim B (ma, 52 years of age) and the church, and is the relationship between the victim C (ma, 64 years of age) and the victim C.

1. Special intimidation, special injury, and damage to property against victims B;

A. On August 3, 2020, at around 12:44 on August 3, 2020, the Defendant: (a) made an excessive preparation for the victim’s drinking in advance on the ground that the victim was not subject to telephone; (b) made an excessive preparation for the victim’s drinking; and (c) found in the above residence; and (d) “I tried to kill, kill, or die; (c) I am a good elblue; and (d) threatened the victim on the road, which is a dangerous object to the victim’s left side.”

B. Around August 3, 2020, the Defendant suffered special injury: (a) around 12:46 on August 3, 2020, at the victim B’s residence; (b) in a way that the victim did not receive a telephone, scamic scams, which are dangerous objects, were scambling the victim’s scams, and scambling the victim’s scams, which require approximately 10 days of treatment.

C. The Defendant destroyed and damaged property in the date, place, etc. of the above 1-b, and on the above grounds, in the gallon block of Samsung Tallon owned by the victim B two times, the parts of the mobile phone set at the gallone of Samsung Tallon owned by the victim B.

2. Around 16:50 on August 3, 2020, the Defendant: (a) threatened the victim C with a dangerous object, such as: (b) the victim took an excessive amount of money on the front of F in Ansan-gu, Ansan-si E for the reason that he was not subject to telephone; (c) and (d) the victim’s work at the workplace; and (d) the victim expressed that “I will die and throw away from telephone; and (d) I will die.”
