A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who was discharged by force on January 30, 2018 and the victim E (the victim, 28 years old) is a nurse of the above hospital, who was hospitalized in the D Hospital in Heung-gu Seoul Metropolitan City and received treatment by drinking alcohol, and forced discharge on January 30, 2018.

1. The Defendant requires intimidation, around January 31, 2018, the Defendant calls the victim who is in general sick ward with the fiveth floor of the above DD hospital, with a cell phone, from the fact of forced discharge, at the Defendant’s residence located in Heak-gu F and 204, Cheongju-si, Chungcheongnam-gu, Cheongju-si, and the Defendant calls for “30:0 :0 :0 :00 :0 :0 :0 :0 :0 :0 :0 :0

“The victim calls the victim’s desire to answer, and the victim calls again at around 02:45 on the same day as the day he gets off the phone, and “the worker year at A.M. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f.,

“Intimidating the victim”, the victim was threatened.

2. A special intimidation: (a) on January 31, 2018, the Defendant, as described in the preceding paragraph at around 03:45, committed an act in excess (24 cm in total, 12 cm in length) that is a dangerous object with a telephone, and the Defendant was working for the above-mentioned victim who was found to be the general ward of the fiveth floor of the hospital and was working for the above-mentioned victim at the general ward of the fiveth floor of the hospital, and the Defendant’s death, discarded down, broken down, and killed in a knife.

“Intimidating the victim”, the victim was threatened.

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and threatened the victim.

3. On January 31, 2018, the Defendant damaged the elevator, which is the owner of the victim D hospital, by affixing the elevator entrance at the above section, which is a dangerous object, while arresting the police officer dispatched after receiving a report from the fifth floor of the above D hospital, and getting out and moving an elevator as a current offender, and destroying the elevator at the above section.
