Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant and the victim B (the age of 21) are as follows: (a) they were hedging while attending the school from March 2018 to August 2018; and (b) the victim C (the age of 23) is the seat of the victim B.
1. The Defendant committed on September 11, 2018 - Special intimidation - around 13:30 on September 11, 2018, at the Defendant’s house located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D apartment E, made the victim B who has discovered his or her own goods, made the victim who has frighted out of the house, frighted the victim, frightd in house, and frighted the victim from the above apartment on the first floor of the apartment, and fright the victim into the wall, and fright the wall at several times on the above side of the apartment, and fright the wall at the school, "I frighter, I am Shh, I am Sh and I amh sh sh sh sh sh sh sh sh sh sh sh sh sh sh sh sh sh sh sh shn."

2.
