A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is not a person handling narcotics, and the defendant shall not possess, use, transport, administer, sell, deliver, receive, or deliver a psychotropic drug psychotropic drug in the form of a psychotropic drug (i.e., a single clopon; hereinafter referred to as “copon”).

1. Joint offenses with C;

A. A. B. On October 11, 2012, the Defendant, along with C, injected a phiphone into two for single-use in the guest room at around 00:00 on October 11, 2012, after inserting approximately 0.1g of opon into two for single-use, one of which is 0.05g, and dilution with water for injection.

As such, the Defendant conspired with C to administer philophones.

C. On January 3, 2013, the Defendant, along with C on January 3, 2013, inserted approximately 0.1g of philopon into two for a single-use injection machine at the house of 521g of the Seoul Steelwon-gun, Gangwonwon-gun, in two for a single-use injection machine at around 06:00 on January 3, 2013, and dilution with water.

As such, the Defendant conspired with C to administer philophones.

2. The defendant's sole criminal conduct;

A. On January 8, 2013, the Defendant, at around 07:00 on January 3, 2013, put approximately 0.15g of chophones remaining after being administered in plastic bags, as prescribed in subparagraph 1(c), in the house of 521 of the F building in the Gangwon-gun, Gangwon-gun, the Republic of Korea, at around 07:0 on January 3, 2013, in plastic bags: the following month;

8. Around 19:00 Macheon-si administered approximately 0.05 g of philopon on coffee in a mutually incurine guest room.

B. On March 31, 2013, the Defendant: (a) administered philophone medication in a philogram guest room located at the time of the Government on March 31, 2013, in a way that 0.05g philophones are delivered to coffee.

C. On April 2, 2013, the Defendant holding philophones on April 2, 2013.
