1. The Defendant shall pay KRW 22,167,50 to the Plaintiff KRW 6% per annum from April 1, 2016 to July 13, 2016 and the next day.

No dispute between the parties or comprehensively taking account of the purport of the entire pleadings as to the statements in Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 3, the plaintiff has a duty to pay to the plaintiff 2,167,500 won per annum under the Commercial Act from April 1, 2016 to July 13, 2016, for delay damages calculated at the rate of 15% per annum under the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings, since the plaintiff has a duty to pay to the plaintiff the above amount of KRW 22,167,50, and for delay damages calculated on March 31, 2016, since the above amount of KRW 22,167,50 and the date the original copy of the payment order was delivered to the defendant from April 1, 2016 to July 13, 2016.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim shall be accepted on the grounds of its reasoning, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
