1. The Defendant’s KRW 29,223,210 as well as 5% per annum from October 22, 2014 to March 8, 2016 to the Plaintiff.

Comprehensively taking account of the purport of each statement in Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 4 (including those with a serial number), the plaintiff is obligated to pay to the defendant 29,223,210 won for the attempted money and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 5% per annum as prescribed by the Civil Act from October 22, 2014 to March 8, 2016, to the date when the original copy of the order for payment of this case was delivered to the defendant from October 22, 2014 to March 8, 2016, and 15% per annum as prescribed by the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from the next day to the date of full payment.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim shall be accepted on the grounds of its reasoning, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
